This is a czech LMG, a direct precursor to the zb-26 which lead to the Bren Gun. Instead of the top-feed box magazine, this version uses a container with a loose 50-round belt adapted from the Schwarzlose machinegun and is somewhat cumbersome to reload which explains its further development.
