The Hounds, are one of the possible Factions a player can join and fight for. Their base is stationed at the south-eastern side of Phoenix. It takes on a visual of a housing complex[unconfirmed]. Their main enemies are the Church, meaning that they will shoot any Church member on sight and vice versa.
Hounds Base Entrance
- A set of stairs, as well as a set of ladders that lead to Floor 2.
- Multiple Exits to the Wasteland.
- Greeter (Hound Hospitality Serviceman). Does nothing interesting.
- Trader (Rascal). You can sell your junk here, as well as buy some very basic gear.
- Brahmin Tender (Brahmin Handler). Buy and sell Brahmins here.
