The {{PAGENAME}}, are one of the possible [[Factions]] a player can join and fight for. Their base is stationed at the north-western side of Phoenix. It takes on a visual of a underground base. Their main enemies are the [[Hounds]], meaning that they will shoot any Hound on sight and vice versa.

* Advanced Drugs Trader (Cleric Joseph)
* Tec Trader (Technology Merchant). You can spend reputation for Money / Tec Points.<sub>[Unconfirmed]</sub>
* Resource Deliveries (Bishop Enoch). You can talk to this guy to accept a resource delivery from one of your controlled zones.
* A set of big doors to the north to the player's private [[Room]], only you have access to.
* 2 set of entrances towards the 2 different [[Bases]] there are. One is smaller, one is bigger. You have to choose the door that matches your bought (or invited) base.
